Finland is a country in Northern Europe with 20 regions & 5 provinces (Lapland, Oulu, Western, Eastern, & Southern)*. Eastern Uusimaa is not considered a region anymore, but I included it in the video. I used the English/Finnish combination names for the video. Kymenlaakso has a second capital, Kotka, which I did not include in the video. I used the 2000 borders for the regions. I also put a flag for Åland.
