The 12th Convocation Ceremony of National Law University Odisha witnessed the conferment of degrees upon 218 UG, PG, and PhD students, with 14 meritorious achievers honoured with gold medals.

The ceremony was graced by Hon’ble Chief Justice of Orissa High Court and NLUO Chancellor, Dr. Harish Tandon, who emphasised the noble responsibility and ethics of the legal profession. The Chief Guest, Justice Aniruddha Bose (Director, National Judicial Academy & Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India), inspired students to uphold integrity, sincerity, and professionalism in all spheres of life.

The event also marked the graduation of the first batch of BA Law (Hons) students, a unique course focusing on skill-building and employability in legal and ancillary sectors.

NLUO Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ved Kumari presented the annual report and reminded students of the core values of legal education.

As our graduates step into the world, they carry with them not just degrees but the spirit of justice, integrity, and excellence.
