2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Dal
2-3 tbsp Water
2 large Tomatoes (chopped)
Oil (for cooking)

2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
Fresh Green Fenugreek (optional)
1 tbsp Cream
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
Fresh Coriander (for garnish)
🍽️ Detailed Method:
1. *Preparation of Flowers*: Clean the flowers by removing the back part and soaking them in hot water with salt and turmeric for 15-20 minutes to ensure they are pest-free.
2. *Making the Masala Paste*: Blend soaked cashews, sesame seeds, dal, and water to create a creamy paste. Set aside.
3. *Tomato Puree*: Blend chopped tomatoes until smooth and keep aside.
4. *Cooking the Flowers*: Heat oil in a pan, sauté the soaked flowers until soft, then set aside.
5. *Tempering*: In the same pan, add more oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida. Once fragrant, add the tomato puree and spices.
6. *Combine*: Add the creamy paste and sauté until the oil separates. Add water, peas, and the sautéed flowers. Cover and cook on low heat.
