Wildflower Meadow Management with Shetland Ponies

Rob didn't get round to scything the wildflower meadow areas in summer again so draughts in his mum to help utilise the two hungry Shetland ponies, Charlie & Amber, to help to mow the thatch of flopped over grass that not even a brushcutter could now touch.

With a couple of hours grazing per day, the ponies ought to be able to munch through most of it before the spring when the first of the perennial wildflowers will start to try to push through. The only question is now, what to do with all that lovely manure they'll leave behind?
