In this video, I'll bring you a summary of my impressions after the first year of ownership of our Genesis GV70.

This is a very good premium small SUV for the money. It is unique, it looks great on the outside and even better on the inside. The interior is a great blend of quality materials and good usability. Seems like Genesis went lengths to make sure occupants felt in a special place. Most features are easy to use and adjust.

So what you can take away from my one year update is that if you want one of the best small premium SUVs, that you will find joy in driving every day, the Genesis GV70 is equipped with features and build in a way that it doesn’t make you feel entry level to luxury but more in a true alternative to the established German options.

Having said that, pay attention to the issues noted in this video. No regrets so far but beware that the GV70 may present lingering issues that are minor but are there and I tried to be as balanced in my assessment as one can be.

As the 2025 Genesis hits the sales floors of Genesis Dealerships, I bring light to my ownership of this beauty after a year and north of 15000 miles.

I make a lot of mistakes in my life and my videos are a reflexion of that. None of what I say erroneously in my video is with the intend to misrepresent the GV70, the Genesis brand or my experience with these.
