In this video I renovated 18 Culpepper House into a feminine musician's apartment with a music room where your sim can produce their own music. It is a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment equipped for a small pet (cat, in this case)with a small laundry nook, full kitchen with an open dining and living space. To light the fireplace you will have to look top down to click on it.

Use bb.moveobjects right before placing

I use T.O.O.L by Twisted Mexi - all objects stay rotated even if you do not have the mod.
