Buried Treasure! The River is so low, we can search the bottom

We are so excited to be able to share this video with yall! We love fossil and arrowhead hunting, so when we set out to make a video on it, finding the right spot was key. We'd spent 2 previous afternoons up here poking around and filming, but had no luck until today! As the river is constantly changing, so do our opportunities. This area is too low for a boat and not great fishing, but it offers the chance to literally walk upriver (or down) to spots that are otherwise inaccessible. We do paddle, but when going upstream on a hot day, it feels better to be in the water.

Be on the lookout for another video in the same area, plus a video on everything we've learned about our Jack bottle. Learning the history and nailing down it's age and where it came from has been quite a ride, and we do still have the footage of it's original discovery, before we knew just how rare it is!
