Care Home Friends and Neighbours: Intergenerational Linking is an exciting, national social action project linking young people aged 5-14 from schools and youth groups with older people living in care homes. The project has been running in 11 areas of England.

Local charity St Philip's Centre have led the project in Leicester. This video spotlights some of their amazing connections and the impact intergenerational linking has had.
