The first is a fully equipped garden room gym, complete with barbells, dumbbells, and custom lighting to create the perfect home fitness setup. Large sliding doors flood the space with natural light, while modern electric heating keeps it comfortable all year round.

At the back of the garden, the team also refurbished an outdoor building into a stylish bar and lounge area – the “TK Bar” – finished with cosy seating, a TV, and two large skylights that bring in plenty of daylight.
