Nano One Materials has developed patented technology for the low-cost production of high performance lithium ion battery cathode materials used in electric vehicles, energy storage and consumer electronics. Nano One’s “One-Pot” process technology enables lower cost feedstocks, simplifies production and advances performance for a wide range of cathode materials and is complimented by its M2CAM technology which can change the supply chain while lowering its carbon footprint. Nano One has built a demonstration pilot plant and is partnered with global leaders in the lithium ion battery supply chain to advance its lithium iron phosphate (LFP), lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide (NMC) and lithium nickel manganese oxide (LNM) cathode technologies for large growth opportunities in e-mobility and renewable energy storage applications.

Nano One recently closed a $28.9M bought deal bring its treasury to well over $50M, enabling the company to support and accelerate its growing list of strategic partnerships. These include OEM’s like Volkswagen and cathode manufactures like Pulead as well as others. NNO has a growing pipeline of partners, expanding list of patents and have been continually supported by multiple federal and provincial funding programs like Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC and the Province of British Columbia through the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.
