I think that battle with Tien shook the hell out of me because I dont think I beat someones ass this fast before. If the Z-Fighters want an extra member, they know where to find me.

Vegeta will have:
-Galick Gun
-Final Impact
-Super Vegeta

Cell will have:
-Kamehameha
-Energy Field
-Self Regeneration (Regains some health from Guarded attacks)
-Unlimited Ultimate
-Veteran Warrior: Increases Atk and Def by 115%
-Perfect Defense: Increases Def by 120%
-Semi-Perfect Form
