La Sportiva Solutions are famous for breaking their shoelaces. Although these shoes have been around for many years and went through many design iterations, they still suffer from the same design flaw.

In here I show a simple climbing hack, where you can either fortify the shoelaces of your Solution before they break, or just repair one with a broken connection. I show that it is possible to fix them in less than 22 minutes with less than one dollar. Not too bad, considering that these shoes sell for more than 150 dollars!

As I emphasize in the video try to stitch as many times as possible. I counted myself doing 42 stitches in the upper part, so that should be a number to aim for.
