Welcome to the third dedicated training in Open Data of the project “Promoting an Open Government Ecosystem in Belize, ” Implemented by the Trust for the Americas and the Department for Effective Public Management of the OAS, with the Support of the Embassy of the United State of America in Belize. In this session we will learn about Open Data by getting to know how open data was implemented by three OAS Member States, that is Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico. Through the voice of those government officers who lead these efforts in these three countries we will hear about how it happened, what policies and institutional changes were made, their challenges and tools, among other topics.
