Win+R - regedit (запустить редактор реестра)
Путь в реестре:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
Параметр: DataBasePath
Значение по умолчанию: %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc
