In this video, I will show How to Connect and use an Apple Magic Keyboard with a USB-C iPhone. Easy way to type and write notes with an Apple keyboard, Mute, Unmute, Pay & Stop Music and Video using Fn key.

You can see the wireless Apple Magic keyboard and iPhone here. There are a few things we need to check first.

Turn on the power switch at the top side of the Apple keyboard.

Now, let’s go ahead and try to connect with your iPhone. Ensure your Apple keyboard has enough charge and is ready to pair.

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone. Then, select bluetooth. Now, turn on the toggle beside bluetooth and check whether the keyboard name is available.

Then, tap on the Keyboard name from the other devices list. That’s it.

You can use an alternate way to connect the Apple keyboard via USB-C to a lightning cable. So, plug the lightning cable into the lightning port of the Apple keyboard. Then, plug the USB cable into your iPhone’s USB port.

Now, you need to set some keyboard settings.

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone. Then, scroll down and tap on accessibility.

After that, scroll down and tap on the keyboards. Now, tap on Full keyboard access under the hardware keyboards section.

Turn on the toggle beside Full keyboard access.

After that, launch the Notes app on your iPhone and tap on the edit icon to create a new note.

Now, you can see it is easy to type and write notes using the Apple keyboard on an iPhone.

It is easy to write notes with an Apple keyboard. So, the Apple keyboard works with the iPhone.

You should note that you can directly adjust the mute unmute through the keyboard function key F10. Also, you can control the iPhone volume level through the F11 and F12 function keys.

That means Apple Magic Keyboard officially supports iPhone and iPad to Boost your productivity on a small screen.
