In this episode of Finding Folklore, we look at the Haunting History of Yester Castle. Located 2.5km outside of the small town of Gifford in the rural east coast of Scotland, this site can be found perched atop a hill and hidden in the woods. A once important site during the Scottish War of Independence the now ruined castle is but a shadow of it's former self... but within the only remaining structure the Goblin Ha', lies tales of a gruesome and supernatural past.

Learn the tale of a goblin army, cursed fruit, pacts with the devil and a powerful warlock and necromancer known as The Wizard of Yester.
