Sattu Filling
Sattu Powder 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 medium
Green chilly 1-2
Garlic 2-3 clove
Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp achaar Masala (mango Achaar or Banaras mirchi achaar ka masala)
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Kalonji 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Hing pinch


Aata:
1+ 3/4 th cup aata
1/4 tsp ajwain
Salt little to taste
Water to knead
1 tbsp ghee or oil
1/2 tsp baking soda


Chokha
1 eggplant large or 2 medium
2-4 garlic
2 tomato medium
2 potato boiled medium
1/2 inch ginger chopped
2-3 cloves garlic
2 green chilly chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
1 n 1/2 tbsp mustard oil

Chutney
Coriander leaves with stem 1/2 cup chopped
1 small tomato
Green chilly 1-2
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Baking Litti In Oven:
Pre heat oven @200 C and bake them for 10-15 minutes, flip and bake another 10-15 minutes

Litti In Pressure cooker:
1) Spread oil on cooker bottom and heat on low flame
2) Place litti. Remove whistle and rubber, close cooker and cook for 3-4 minutes
3) Open the lid, flip and repeat this 2 times
4) After this just shake the closed cooker in regular intervals so that its cooked on all sides. Total cooking time will be 25-30 minutes.
5) You will know its done once it all has cracks
6) Keep on low flame and remove whistle and rubber at all times
