One way to find support and resistance levels in financial markets is by using the Ichimoku indicator, which consists of several components including the flat base line (also known as the kijun-sen) and the Ichimoku cloud (also known as the kumo).

The flat base line, or kijun-sen, is a moving average that is used to identify the current market trend. When the price of an asset is above the flat base line, it is considered to be in an uptrend, and when it is below the flat base line, it is considered to be in a downtrend. The flat base line can also act as a support or resistance level, as the price will often have difficulty breaking through it.

The Ichimoku cloud, or kumo, is a shaded area on the chart that is created by two moving averages. The leading edge of the cloud, known as the senkou span A, is calculated by averaging the flat base line and the highest high over the past 52 periods. The lagging edge of the cloud, known as the senkou span B, is calculated by averaging the flat base line and the lowest low over the past 52 periods. The cloud acts as a dynamic support or resistance level, as the price will often have difficulty breaking through it.

By using the flat base line and the Ichimoku cloud together, traders can identify key levels where the price is likely to find support or resistance. When the price is above the cloud and the flat base line is trending upward, it can be a sign of a bullish trend and traders may look to buy at the support level provided by the flat base line or the cloud. When the price is below the cloud and the flat base line is trending downward, it can be a sign of a bearish trend and traders may look to sell at the resistance level provided by the flat base line or the cloud.
