SNOWTEX Group, a reputed RMG company, is currently recruiting some "Welfare Officer"

Job Nature: Full Time
Vacancy: Not Specific
Job Location: Dhamrai, Dhaka

#Educational_Requirements:

• BBA & MBA in Management/HRM from any reputed university

#Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of working experience as a welfare officer.
• The applicants should have experience in the Garments or Textile industry. (Only females are encouraged to apply)

#Job_Responsibilities:

• Develop and Monitor Welfare Programs: Implement employee welfare initiatives, including health and wellness programs, counselling services, and maternity benefits, ensuring compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.

• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct awareness programs on PPE, machine guards, sanitation, and fire safety, and maintain compliance as per buyer Codes of Conduct and company policies.

• Oversee the provision of essential amenities, such as dining facilities, clean washrooms, safe drinking water, and support for pregnant or injured workers.

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, address grievances, resolve conflicts, and offer counselling or referrals for personal or health-related issues.

• Prepare for compliance audits, organize welfare committee and grievance meetings, document minutes, and ensure all activities align with legal and regulatory standards.

#Salary_Range: 25,000/-
