Shab e Meraj history
The sources of Shab e-Miraj can be followed back to the holy Quran. the holy Quran is the place where the occasions of Isra and Meraj are referenced. be that as it may, it is only short referenced in the quran. According to Islamic traditions, Shab-e-Miraj is the night of ascent. this night when the prophet Muhammad (sm) believed to have transcended his spiritual form to become near to Allah and achieved a spiritual state that humans could not understand. While the same year of the prophet Muhammad (sm) journey is unknown, it is acceptable to have occurred on February 26th of 621 on the Julian calendar....
shab e meraj meaning is “ascension”. when prophet muhammad (sm) miraculous journey from jerusalem to seven heavens, to the throne of allah. the site from which prophet muhammad (sm) ascended is now the shrine of the dome of the rock.

ccording to the arabic calendar, every year shab e meraj observes on 27th rajab. rajab is the seventh month of the arabic calenda
prophet muhammad (sm) went to the seventh heaven and met the following prophet-
prophet adam (as)
prophet yahiya (as) and isa (as)
prophet yusuf (as)
prophet idris (as)
prophet harun (as)
prophet musa (as)
prophet ibrahim (as)
3 gifts of miraj
the prophet muhammad (sm) was brought three gifts for his ummah, while he went to miraj. they are-
1-five daily prayers equal to the reward of fifty daily prayers.
2-the last two verses of chapter al-baqara.
3-the major sins of the people from the ummah of muhammad were forgiven except those who associated partners with allah.

in the holy quran, shab e meraj in quran verses almighty allah says:

“glorious is he (allah) who made his servant (muhammad) travel by night from al-masjid-ul-haram to al-masjid-ul-aqsa of which environs we have blessed so that we let him see some of our signs. surely, he is the all-hearing, the all-seeing.” al-quran, [surah isra: verses-1]

today we celebrate meraj un Nabi sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in all over the world. Pakistan, India, Bangladesh specially celebrated....
