Ingredients
•One head broccoli sliced lengthwise

For the dip
•One cup hung curd
•Half cup boiled or roasted beetroot
•Fried garlic optional

Season the broccoli steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a little olive oil and cook until beautifully charred on both sides.

Blend all dip ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Tempering
Use the leftover olive oil to lightly fry chopped garlic and chilli flakes. Add balsamic vinegar and parsley. Drizzle generously over the broccoli and serve on a bed of beetroot dip.
