**VERY IMPORTANT/READ ME**

TrebuL: It's been a while, but Avid is not dead. This is part 1 of a 2 part project I am editing consisting of some of Peajib's best clips in regular gametypes and events. This project will also be my last Gears edit. I'll never say I'm "quitting," but it will be a very long hiatus. I feel like I've done everything I can with youtube when it comes to the editing realm of Gears, and it's just time to move on for a while.

At this point, Artsy and I are waiting for the next Gears game to drop to successfully run Avid in the direction we want it go in which is essentially movie making. We can't force people to make videos or be motivated, especially when such a little audience is watching or even paying attention to Gears anymore. I don't blame anyone though, it's been 3 years since a real Gears game has been released and the games have just become stale.

With that being said, it's obvious the recruitment challenge was a failure. We got one entry, but it just wasn't what we were looking for. However, you know who you are and I respect your effort on the 2 entries you produced for the RC.
If anyone still wants to join or think they want to still continue to put out videos similar to the quality content we were uploading our first month back, don't hesitate to get a hold of me and send me your stuff. I'll still look at anything anyone sends me over youtube, and there's no reason to let the channel stay stagnant just because no one on the team is currently creating content.

I hope you all enjoy, and hopefully part 2 will be done sooner rather than later. When I'm finished part 2 I will be upload the full project on my channel for anyone who wants to subscribe to my channel to get a first look. Part 2 will be on this channel afterwards.
