Hi Traders, we are going over a key trading subject where we talk about volatility vs liquidity in the market, and how volatility trading is something that can only really be done by home traders who do not need to place large amounts of trades because you have to start to worry about slippage in the market when there is a lack of market liquidity. Traders often mis interpret this topic where they think that volume in trades is the same as market liquidity. They are separate in that liquidity is based on if you are actually able to make trades at a certain price level. There may often be high volume, but low liquidity.

In the video volatility vs liquidity, we break down exactly what is liquidity and what does market liquidity mean.
