We keep getting asked for updates on our animals. SO, here you go. The goats are doing much better adjusting to us. I was really hoping that the goats would be more needy or attention seeking but they aren't. We are still hopeful. The pigs are all doing well. It is pretty cool to watch the piglets grow up into young adult pigs. Nemo, our injured pig that we nursed back to health is doing fantastic. He still thinks he has to do his exercises to build his core (he sits pretty) to get a treat. We didn't take pictures but have to go thru all of our quail for next year's breeding stock for meat and eggs. We have narrowed our Sweet Grass - Fall Fire Turkey Breeding Stock for next year.. We will be breeding 2 of our Sows in Late Dec early Jan for spring litters to our beautiful cream colored boar, Bubba. He has the cutest smooshie pig face. The chickens and the ducks are all doing well. We will breed more Pekin Ducks and Bresse Chicken in the spring for meet and eggs.
