To get a better crowbar weapon for higher damage purposes you need to use the Fabulous, Extravagant or Legendary Crowbar, that weapon crowbar type is better because it has a higher damage than normal crowbar ones.

There is also a catch that you increase the Queen Punk damage here's how it works.

Your Legend Skill Level Two Handed Melee Damage is MAX (Optional but you'll need it)
An Heavy Pickaxe with more Damage (Recommend the Fabulous or Legendary take your Pick)
Craft that Higher Damage Pickaxe into Candy Cane Crowbar weapon
Then Craft it to Queen Punk
Must Fully Upgrade with King or Clicker
You will now have a Queen Punk with Higher Damage let's say 7860 DMG.

Note: The Candy Cane belongs to the reward and only you finished the community global challenge bounty during the Winter Event 2019. In case you ask where did I got the Candy Cane with Blueprint in it.
