🍺Appearance - The Three C's
Color - Bright Orange
Clarity - Hazy
Carbonation - Lots of action
Foam retention - Not a lot of head although it lasts a while (45 - 60 seconds)

🍺Aroma
Bowl of tropical fruit. Tropical, floral hops. Hints of pineapple, mango, papaya, lemon peel.
Malt sweetness, bready malt aromas.

🍺Flavor and aftertaste
Starts bitter on the tip of the tongue
Continues bitter through the middle
BOOM! Fruit juices explode towards the end of the taste, including malt sweetness
Finishes with a hint of grapefruit
Bitterness: Moderate

🍺Body
Light-to-Medium body
Crisp finish!

🍺🍴Pairings
As a general rule, IPAs are good to pair with spicier foods because the bitterness enhances the flavor of the food. Now, session IPAs are usually lighter, therefore requiring a more careful selection of pairings. Highland Daycation IPA, however is a very versatile beer in terms of how many different foods it can pair with nicely. Honestly it pairs well with traditional IPA pairings such as spicy mexican and indian dishes, as well as lighter fare and snacks.
