Chocolate chip cookie recipe:

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup AP flour
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar (I actually prefer regular brown sugar though)
1/2 tsp salt + flakey sea salt to top at the end
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz semi- sweet baking chocolate, chopped

Directions:
1. Whisk the sugars, melted butter, and salt together. Then whisk in the vanilla and egg.
Don't over whisk.
2. Fold in flour and baking soda
3. Fold in chopped chocolate. Save some to top the cookies before baking
4. Place dough in the fridge for 45min-1hr
5. Lay parchment paper down on a tray and use a cookie scoop/ice cream scoop to make cookie dough balls. Press chocolate onto cookies.
6. Freeze for at least an hr
7. Bake cookies at 360 for 10ish minutes. I baked them for 13 minutes cuz I like them crispier
