Trini Coconut Fudge

Coconut fudge is one of those guilty pleasures that every Trini loves.My first memory of fudge was eating my great-grandmother's fudge from her parlour/shop (it was the best!). Another favourite of mine is Long Circular Mall's fudge, it's to die for. This is my recipe, and it's extremely delicious but i'm not sure if it's as good as their's.

Ingredients:
2 cups of granulated sugar
2 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can condensed milk
1tbsp butter
pinch of salt
candy thermometer
