Improvements to Retrospective MIDI Record | New Features in Cubase 10.5

MIDI retrospective recording has always ensured that you never miss a MIDI take in Cubase, even if you forget to hit the record button. New retrospective recording is one of the new features in Cubase 10.5 which makes working with MIDI even more flexible. All MIDI tracks can now have their own retrospective recording MIDI buffer. You can also insert retrospective recording in Cubase as a cycle recording, allowing you to decide which of your MIDI takes best fits that part of the song, without importing the whole performance as a linear recording. With a new, dedicated retrospective recording button next to the transport bar, using retrospective recording in Cubase 10.5 is more flexible than ever.
