In mid-November, we prepared pickled cucumbers in the village. Our main goal was to create a healthy and delicious product. Below, we share the preparation process with you:

1. 10 liters of boiled water with 700 g of salt
2. 5 kg of cucumbers
3. Raspberry leaves
4. Blackcurrant leaves
5. Cherry leaves
6. Horseradish
7. Grape leaves

Later, we roasted the chestnuts that we had gathered in September and stored naturally without spoilage. We removed them from their spiny shells and roasted them on the fire. Before roasting, we slightly cut them with a knife to make it easier to take out the chestnut after cooking.
