This may help with a No crank, No start situation, which I was in. This is one of the culprits in the older Ford's, but this could just be done to prevent the problem in the future or if you just want to start the truck without the clutch depressed.
There are Ranger model years that use the same plug and switch, idk exactly, do a bit of research on that.
This is a fix that could be done anywhere if you have a pocket knive or wire cutters, I seen a few people on forums that had been stuck in the parking lot because the truck would not crank, ended up being this part failing.
