The minuet is a calm, danceable movement. Speeding it up means straining the dancers' legs.

The piece begins with finger 3 rising and falling again. The transition from G to D7
is simply performed on the 3rd and 4th strings.
[Bar 4] The note D (3rd string) is played with finger 2, instead of 3, which must then go to the 1st string.
[Bar 32] This chord shape (translation of E), in its simplicity, with the omission of the 4th and 5th strings, is used extensively.
[Bar 37] At first, I thought the slide between different fingers was a common Argentinean style.
In reality, it comes from much further back. José Ferrer already discussed it in his method, borrowing it from French violinists.
[Bar 39] The slide is an excellent solution for moving from the 3rd to the 8th fret.
[Bar 41] In this case, finger 2 is the only one that produces the typical slide sound.
