I added a little ON-ON toggle switch so I can control the RINGER (thanks Alex Stone) volume without opening the unit and messing with the jumper switch. This does not adjust the volume of the earpiece when talking to a visitor.
Principle is simple: three pins, middle is common. Connect the common to bottom pin for maximum volume and to the top pin for the minimum.
After reconnecting the unit it can take a few minutes to reconnect.
