Here the Metro Marauder farewell tour leaves London Victoria on the first leg of its daytrip journey around the Southern and Southeastern networks.
The departure was full of tones (horns) and look out for a couple of lovely sparks too. Luckily, there was very few people around at the time although I and some other people were somewhat bowled by a 10 car Class 377 formation.

The Class 455 EMUs were constructed as three subclasses (/7, /8 & /9) between 1982 and 1985 by BREL York. Throughout their working lives they primarily served the south and south west London commuter belts, however they can often be seen as far west as Reading or as south as Bournemouth (For refurbishments/overhauls) under South Western Railway.
Southern's 455/8s were all withdrawn and scrapped and at the time of uploading the majority of South Western Railway's 455/7/8/9 are in revenue earning service and will continue until at least 2025.
