In this video I show you 3 quick and easy WW desserts that are also low in points! These all are made with Healthy choice fudge bars but you could also use the WW ice cream bars that come in different flavors.

Ice Cream Sandwiches:
8 Pizzelle cookies
2 Healthy Choice fudge bars
fruit of your choice.
Defrost fudge bars for about 2 minutes then cut in half equally and place each half on a cookie. Gently press down fudge bar to cover the surface of the cookie. Top with fruit and lightly press down remaining cookies. Freeze or eat right away.
Makes 4 servings. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 3 SmartPoints / Blue: 3 SmartPoints / Purple: 3 SmartPoints

Coffee slushie:
1 Healthy Choice Fudge Bar
8 oz cold coffee
a few ice cubs
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
Makes 1 serving. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 3 SmartPoints / Blue: 3 SmartPoints / Purple: 3 SmartPoints

Ice Box Cake:
4 Healthy Choice fudge bars
8 oz fat free whipped topping
6 sheets of reduced fat graham crackers
1 banana sliced
2 cups frozen mixed berries
Line bread pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang to act as handles. Place 3 sheets of graham crackers in the bottom. Top with 1/2 of the whipped topping. Remove sticks from fudge bars that have defrosted slightly and place bars on top of whipped topping. Cover with bananas and about 1 cup of the frozen berries. Top with remaining graham crackers, slightly pushing down. Put remaining whipped topping on graham crackers and sprinkle with remaining berries. Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
