There IS a difference between this app and the TV-youtube app, and there are 2 services for the type of app.
For the TV-app, you would use TubeFixer. There are already many tutorials on how to download and use it, but bag.xml & Requis also plan to add iOS 4-6 support along with the TV-app support.
For the app-store app, you would use TubeRepair.
As of right now (2024-09-28) 1.1-Beta-2 only supports iOS 6 with the App-Store app.
