Worlds Best Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup of Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Chipotle Peppers, dried
1 tbsp Ancient Halaby, Aleppo & Sumac Blend
2 Ciabatta Rolls
2 Fresh Burrata Balls
6oz Pack of Spanish Deli Selection (from Trader Joe's)
6oz Salchichon
6oz Chorizo Cantimpalo
Spicy Micro Greens
2 tbsp Sir Kensington's Chipotle Mayo
Olive oil
Salt + Pepper

Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 400 Degrees.
In a pyrex add cherry tomatoes, garlic, ancient halaby spice and chipotle chili spice. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil (*make sure the entire pyrex is coated in olive oil with a little on the Bottom, so use as much as you need). Mix well and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are roasted and the garlic is soft.
In a cast iron skillet add a little olive oil, and lightly toast the ciabatta rolls (cut in half.)
To build the sandwich:
Remove 4-5 cloves of the roasted garlic and smash onto the top side of the toasted ciabatta bread.
On the other side add 1 tbsp of the Chipotle Mayo on the bottom piece of the ciabatta bread.
On the bottom add 3oz (or more if desired) of the Chorizo cantimpalo and 3oz of the salchichon.
Top with Micro Greens, then smash your Burrata ball on top so that the ball breaks and starts to spread all through the spicy micro greens.
On the top piece, add about 2 tbsp of the roasted cherry tomato and garlic.
Cut in half and devour.

*Always Serve Hot!
*If you want to make it extra juicy, pour some of the olive oil from the roasted tomatoes pyrex. It's messy but 100% worth it.
