To Effortlessly Discover and Organize Reports:

Step 1 - Navigate to Reports, Reports in your HubSpot account.

Step 2 - Click Create Report in the upper right corner.

Step 3 - Browse the Report templates section to find your desired report:

Step 4 - Use the left panel to filter reports by Tool and Visualization.

Step 5 - Utilize the search box in the upper right to find reports by specific terms.
Step 6 - To Save Reports to Your List or Dashboard:

a. Click the desired report:
b. To save the report as-is, click Save.
c. For certain reports, customization of filters is available (Professional or Enterprise subscriptions). After customizing, click Save in the bottom left.

Step 7 - In the panel, adjust the Report name and choose where to add the report:

a. Don't add to dashboard: The report will be added to your reports list.
b. Add to existing dashboard: The report will join an existing dashboard.
Choose the dashboard from the dropdown menu.
c. Add to new dashboard: Create a new dashboard by entering its name and selecting visibility.

Step 8 - Click Save to add to your reports list, or Save & add if it's going onto a dashboard.
