Pork & Apple Rissoles and More....

In this video I show you how to make these delicious Pork & Apple Rissoles, but also how you can use the same mixture to make a whole frange of other dishes with just a few little tweaks.
Recipe
500g Minced Pork
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Medium Onion
1 Carrot
1 Spring Onion
1 Medium Egg
2 Tbls Fresh Parsley
2 Tbls Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Teacup Dried Breadcrumbs
1/2 Tsp of each Salt & Pepper
