Описание к видео You’ll Never Cook Chicken Breast the Same Way Again! So Easy & Delicious✨️

Chicken Marinade:
600g chicken breast, cut into cubes
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients until the chicken is well coated.
2. Marinate for at least 1 hour (the longer you marinate, the better the flavor).
3. Cook the chicken with 1 tbsp ghee before adding to the sauce.

Sauce Ingredients:
1 tbsp ghee
1 large onion, diced
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp tomato purée
390g canned chopped tomatoes
½ cup cooking cream
½ cup of water
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Sauté the onion and ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
2. Add the ground spices and cook briefly.
3. Stir in the tomato purée, chopped tomatoes, and a little water. Let simmer for 5–10 minutes.
4. Add the cooked chicken and pour in the cooking cream. Mix well.
5. Season with salt and let everything cook together until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Bread ingredients:
220g warm water
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
350g all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
2. Cover and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
3. Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into 4–6 portions.
4. Roll out each portion into a flat round.
5. Cook on a hot pan.
6. Flip every 1–2 minutes until the naan puffs up and develops golden spots.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Bahan perap:
600gm ayam dipotong kiub
½ biji perahan lemon
1 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
1 sudu kecil serbuk garam masala
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
3 sudu besar yogurt
Garam secukup rasa

1) Gaul rata kesemua bahan diatas dan perap minimum 1jam (lagi lama perap lebih sedap)
2) Boleh bakar dalam airfyer/oven 180°C selama 20minit
atau pan grill dengan satu sudu besar ghee sebelum campur dalam kuah

Bahan tumis:
1 sudu besar ghee
1 biji bawang besar dipotong kiub
1 sudu besar pes bawang putih halia
1 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
1 sudu kecil serbuk garam masala
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1 sudu besar tomato puree
390gm tomato cincang dalam tin/kotak
½ cawan cooking cream
Sedikit air
Garam secukup rasa
Daun ketumbar diracik halus

1) Tumis bawang merah, pes bawang putih halia dan serbuk rempah
2) Masukkan tomato puree, tomato cincang dan sedikit air
3) Biarkan masak dalam 5-10minit
4) Masukkan ayam yang telah dimasak bersama cooking cream
5) Perasakan dengan garam dan biarkan kuah masak sebati dengan ayam
6) Siap untuk dihidang bersama roti

Bahan-bahan roti:
220gm air suam
2 sudu besar minyak masak
1 sudu kecil gula
1 sudu kecil yis
350gm tepung gandum
Sedikit garam

1) Campurkan kesemua bahan di atas sehingga membentuk doh dan uli selama 8-10minit.
2) Rehatkan doh selama 1 jam
3) Bentukkan doh menjadi bulat dan bahagikan kepada 4/6 bahagian.
*untuk roti nan cheese boleh isikan cheese di tengah doh seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam video
4) Canaikan doh
5) Masak atas pan yang panas
6) Balik-balikkan selang 1-2minit sehingga jadi kembung
7) Siap untuk dihidang
