Cooking oil 1/3 cup (around 80ml)
Ghee 1/3 cup (around 80ml)
Onion chopped 5 to 6 large
Ginger Garlic paste 2
Raisins 1/2 cup
Carrots slices 2nos
Tomato chopped 2 large
Turmeric powder 1.5 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala 2tbsp
Coriander powder 1.5 Tbsp
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Kaju badam 10 to 15

Rice
--------------------------
Basmati rice 1 kg (soaked before 30 mins)
Coriander leaves
Chopped carrot
green chilies 4


Chicken face mixture

Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Yellow food colour (optional)
