This video captures the challenges I had installing the stabilizers that came with my new valve stems for our 2018 Leisure Travel Van on a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis with dually rear wheels. The Borg stems are very high quality. I initially really modified the first set of stabilizers just so they would work but later talked to Kelli at mytiresupply.com and she explained that the fit is very tight and how to proceed.
