In this horror story, shared by Arham from Lahore, the protagonist ventures into a new business venture post-lockdown, establishing a courier service with a friend, Khurram. They set up their office in the basement of a mall, a dark and quiet place where strange sounds and eerie occurrences soon begin to haunt them. Despite the unsettling environment, the business thrives. One day, while working alone, Arham sees what he believes is his colleague Faisal standing outside the office. However, as he follows "Faisal" deeper into the basement, he realizes something is terribly wrong when the figure disappears into a locked shop. Shaken by the incident, he returns to find the real Faisal, who had just arrived after a delay. Arham keeps the strange occurrence to himself, fearing Khurram might abandon the business.

Later, Khurram also experiences a paranormal encounter where he sees Arham performing tasks that Arham never did. Khurram is so disturbed that he falls ill and refuses to return to the office. The team gradually learns that the basement harbors eerie and unexplained happenings, including sightings of shadowy figures dragging others into the darkness. Despite their efforts to manage the business, the supernatural occurrences escalate, and the story concludes with the realization that the basement is a haunted and dangerous place.
