주말 잘 보내셨나요? 시애틀은 시간을 거꾸로 가는 것 같아요. 한여름에는 쌀쌀했는데 이번주는 햇살이 강해서 초여름 날씨 같았어요. 사실 더운 날씨도 아닌데 괜히 아이스크림 먹어야 할 것 같은 기분이었어요. 그래서 더 열심히 먹었습니다 아이스크림! 한국은 더위가 많이 수그러 들었다던데 곧 다가오는 추석 연휴까지 날씨가 선선하길 바래요. 오늘도 저희 일상을 담은 영상 보러 와주셔서 감사해요. 건강하게 잘 챙겨먹고 운동도 열심히하는 저희 부부의 이야기 앞으로도 기대해주세요! 다음 영상은 Labor Day 주말을 맞아 떠나는 Getaway 영상이에요. 2년 전에 버지니아에서 갔던 곳이 너무 좋았어서 워싱턴 주에 있는 곳도 가보려구요. 호캉스도 좋지만 숲캉스(?), 숲에서 핸드폰도 꺼두고 세상과 잠시 떨어져서 힐링하는 시간! 저희 영상 통해서 힐링 되셨으면 좋겠어요. 곧 다시 만나요~ 오늘도 영상 봐주셔서 감사합니다.

Hope you had a great weekend! It feels like time is moving backward here in Seattle. It was chilly in the middle of summer, but this week the sun was shining bright, giving off early summer vibes. It wasn’t even that hot, but I felt like I just had to eat some ice cream—so I did, and enjoyed it thoroughly! I heard the heat has eased up in Korea, so I hope the weather stays cool leading up to the Chuseok holiday.
Thank you for stopping by to watch our daily life video today. My husband and I are all about staying healthy, eating well, and keeping active, so stay tuned for more of our story! Our next video will be a getaway for the Labor Day weekend. We loved a place we visited in Virginia two years ago, so we’re planning to visit a similar spot here in Washington. A hotel stay is nice, but we’re all about that “forestcation,” you know? Disconnecting from the world, turning off our phones, and recharging in nature! We hope our video gives you a little healing, too.
