It provides Pharmaceutical Development Services, Large Scale Mannufacturing Services and Authentic yet affordable products to its clients. Its clients include Pfizer and Zydus Cadila.
It has 4 manufacturing facilities in the city of Dehradun.
It manufacture Authentic Neutraceutical, Pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic Products and market them as well.

The IPO is going to open from August 4 and will remain open for bidding till August 6, 2021.
The Allotment will be finalised on August 11 and the LIsting is scheduled on August 17, 2021.
The offer price is fixed within a band of Rs 448 to Rs 460 Per Share.
The whole size of the IPO is Rs 401.53 Crore.
35% of this size is reserved for retail investors.
Minimum investment for one lot in the IPO is Rs 13,800
