Everything is to scale - GPS sats are synch'ed 90° from each other instead of uneven phase angles IRL.
A full-lenght video with all the maths, launches...might come if I ever find the courage to edit it.

PS: I'm using Mechjeb, for accuracy, and because launching 75 satellites by hand would have drove me crazy.
