This is disappearance of Elijah Vue mother, Katrina Baur’s boyfriend, Jesse Vang at the beginning of February so that Jesse could teach Elijah “how to be a man” as requested by his own mother… Where Jesse Vang used “time out” techniques such as making Elijah stand with his hands up in a prayer position for 1-3 hours saying “I’m Sorry, Mommy” repeatedly. One morning 3 weeks into being at Jesse’s… Elijah went missing. This is disappearance of Elijah Vue and the (alleged) trafficker he was last seen with.

There is a $45,000 reward for any information leading to finding Elijah Vue
Elijah Vue is described to be:
3ft tall and about 35-40lbs
Sandy blonde hair and brown eyes
Birthmark on his left knee
Last seen wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt and gray sweatpants and blue/red dinosaur slip-on shoes

Police are also looking for any footage of a beige/champagne colored 1997 Nissan Altima 4-door sedan with Wisconsin plates that start with an "A" and end with a "0" on February 19, 2024 between the hours of 2pm-9pm.
