This video explains about birth and death of our sun. our sun formed 460 crore years ago from the nebula. During it has so much of mass, all of that mass is pressurized at the center of the sun called core, due to this the pressure and temperature rises which initiated fusion reaction in which all of the hydrogen turn into helium in the core. this fusion energy from the core counteract the gravity pressure. this is the current state of our sun, when all of the hydrogen turned into helium, gravity pressures the core again this prussurise mostly in the rediactive zone which converts hydrogen to helium. This begin in that rediactive zone. this is called hydrogen fusing shell. when this happens core become deganarative state this degenerated helium core increases the temperature of hydrogen fusing shell so energy from the core also increases and more energy is produced. Which overcome the gravity pressure so that outer layers of the sun expands, now this sun is called red giant.
when core reaches 100crore degree celsius the deganarated helium core lost its degeneration and turn its helium into carbon. This time core temperature decreases so fusion reaction slowdown and outer layer of the sun will shrink, after that it repeats the cycle. when all helium becomes carbon, helium fusing shall will add. On this process outer layer become expand again, in this time temperature can't reach enough to turn carbon into something else, so the layers of the sun forms a planetary nebula. the degenerated core in center of the planetary nebula is called a white dwarf star.
