A Step Taken

For years, our team has coached leaders to find clarity, courage, and confidence — but ironically, our own name wasn’t clear. “Stay Forth” meant a lot to us, but not to everyone we served. Cute isn’t helpful; clear is helpful.

So after months of prayer, preparation, and honest conversations, we took a massive leap.
We are now H2 Leadership.

H2 stands for Healthy and High Impact. That’s what we help leaders become. It’s simple, clear, and true to who we’ve always been — we just finally found words that match the work.

A Step You Can Take

Our world feels divided and loud right now. Leaders keep telling me, “I can’t win.” You’re right — you can’t. So let’s stop trying to win and start discerning how to care well for the people we lead.

Here are a few practices that have helped me stay grounded lately:
Take a break from social media (replace it with something connective)
Carve out solitude every day — even ten minutes without your phone
Double down on Sabbath; it’s a get-to day in a have-to world
Pray for those who are angry, afraid, or who oppose you

Healthy leadership doesn’t just happen. It’s a series of steps — sometimes small, sometimes massive — but always intentional.
