US-Bangla was the first airline in Bangladesh to introduce self-service kiosks. These kiosks are currently available at the Domestic Terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.

This service is generally restricted to passengers traveling with hand baggage only. Passengers can use their PNR number on the touchscreen to select a seat and print their own boarding pass.

Passengers can also check in remotely through the airline's digital platforms to avoid airport queues.
Timing: Available starting 12 hours up to 90 minutes before the scheduled flight departure through Official US-Bangla Website and US-Bangla Mobile App (available for iOS and Android).

You can select your seat, manage meals (if available), and receive an e-boarding pass directly via email or the app.

If you have only carry-on baggage, you can proceed directly to the security check and then to the boarding area.
Even if you check in online, you must visit the airline counter to drop off checked baggages before proceeding to security if you have more than one luggage.

Ensure you have a valid photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driving License) as it will be checked before boarding.
